All about warranty and exchange

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that a product must meet what you can expect from it as a buyer, during its expected life and during normal use. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty, which does not affect the legal warranty.

Defects in an item

Defects are always handled via our location in Ulft or the webshop. Our employees will help you quickly with a solution.

Damage upon delivery

We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly and undamaged.
