All about the delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and abroad. We work together with PostNL for small products. We deliver the large products ourselves. The available delivery methods depend on what you have ordered and you will see these appear automatically when ordering.

Free Shipping

Orders in the Zazuhome webshop of at least €850 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands.
For orders of large items that cannot be shipped with PostNL and under €850, we charge €50 delivery costs for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver these items to the Wadden Islands. This is because we deliver with our own transport and the crossing to the beautiful islands is too expensive.
In other countries, the shipping costs depend on your order. You will see the shipping costs appear automatically when ordering or contact us customer service.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, your order will only be shipped once we have all items ready for you.

Depending on the size and weight of the items ordered, we use two types of delivery services:

Delivery by PostNL parcel service

We send smaller items with PostNL's parcel service. After ordering, you will receive an email as soon as possible informing you that we have shipped your order.
If you are not there to receive your order, the package will be delivered to the neighbors. If they are not at home, the delivery person will return the next day. If you are not there yet, they will deliver the package to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there for two weeks. On the non-home message that the delivery person leaves you, you can read where you can pick up your package.
Of course we do our best to deliver orders on time, but sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances.
Tip: you can specify an alternative delivery address when ordering. For example, you can have the package delivered to your work.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands (incl. track and trace):
Standard package: € 6.95
Large package: €13.20 (incl. VAT)

Delivery times
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Sunday: not possible.

Delivery of large and/or heavy items

Larger items (such as chairs, sofas, cabinets) and fragile items cannot be shipped with PostNL's parcel service. Our own drivers will deliver those orders to you. As soon as the order comes in, we call or email for a delivery appointment (usually 3/4 days before delivery). It also indicates an expected time slot for delivery so that you don't have to wait all day.
The driver is alone when delivering your order. Have you ordered a large item such as a large cupboard or sofa? Then it is a good idea to arrange some extra help with unloading yourself.

Preparation
– We count on good accessibility of the area in which the delivery is to take place. So make sure the route is clear and remove vulnerable items.
– If necessary, also remember to protect parquet, laminate or other floor coverings with plastic or cardboard against damage that may occur when moving and placing the products.
– Zazuhome is never liable for damage of any nature whatsoever, caused by Zazuhome bringing in and/or placing the products.
– Make sure that the purchased item fits through the entrance.

Delivery appointment
– Up to 2 days before the planned delivery date you can arrange another delivery address or another delivery date with us customer service.
– Delivery times: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
– Make sure you are present on the delivery date. If you are not there, delivery costs will be charged again for a subsequent delivery. To make a new delivery appointment, please contact us customer service.

Where is it delivered to?
– Our carriers deliver up to the first threshold of the delivery address, no further and not to a floor within the building, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery to a floor is only made if there is an elevator. If this is not available, we will only deliver to the ground floor.
– In the case of a shared front door and no bell at the required door: delivery up to the threshold of the shared front door.
– At campsites and holiday parks, delivery is made up to the barrier and not on the site itself.
– If there are problems with the delivery, have the driver make a note of it and report the problem to our customer service within 24 hours customer service.
– If the products are brought in, placed and removed from the packaging at your request, this is at your risk. We are not required to cooperate with such a request.

- Other zip codes = €150,-

Dropshipping

We offer dropshipping for some products. We send these products directly to your customer.

When you place an order, click on 'Dropshipping' as the shipping method in the shopping cart or on the checkout page.
You will only see this shipping method if you ONLY have products in your shopping cart that are suitable for dropshipping.
You can see which products these are on the relevant product pages. If you also add other products, you will not see this method.
